"Payton and her teammates were the only people in town that would frankly PICK UP THE DAMN PHONE. They also are all super nice and don’t give off horrible sales people vibes. The whole process of getting a homeowners quote was super easy. She was also very responsive with my loan officer during an extremely fast closing processes. Although Statefarm was more costly by about $6/month over the competition… I sincerely think it’s worth it. I have been through claims processes before during a hail storm and feeling absolutely comfortable with your policy and the team behind it is very helpful when you NEED it. Lastly, watch a few YouTube videos on what to look for in a homeowners policy, get educated. Sometimes people only imagine you need it when the roof blows off in a storm.. but you need to think about.. if I got robbed of all my tvs, guns, and jewelry, how much would insurance pay? How much is the deductible? Or….. what happens if a a delivery driver dents my $5000 custom garage door? Or we had a massive leak and we need to stay in an Airbnb for a month while repairs happen… just run some more likely scenarios and field those questions with your agent. :-) happy policy hunting!"
