"Losing my mother has been one of the most painful experiences of my life, and with that loss came the responsibility of handling her home and everything that comes with being a homeowner — including her homeowners insurance policy. When I first reached out to the Bailey Bowen State Farm office to inform them of her passing and to let them know I would be taking over her affairs, the entire team showed an incredible amount of sympathy and genuine empathy toward me and my family. In the months that followed, I contacted them again to settle several matters involving her home insurance. Each time, they were nothing short of wonderful — patient, understanding, compassionate, and truly caring. Every interaction reminded me that my mother was never “just another customer” to them. She was a person they valued in life, and they continued to honor her even after her passing. I am forever grateful for this amazing group of ladies. Their kindness and support have meant more to my family and me than they will ever know. They showed us compassion during one of the hardest times of our lives, and for that, I will always be thankful."
